Our Nurse Care Coordinators are here to help! All of Operation BRAVE services are FREE and Confidential to Bexar County residents.
We can help with:
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduling appointments
- Provide hygiene kits
- Monthly bus passes
- Applications for Texas HIV Medication Program (THMP), SNAP, and Medicaid.
- Referrals to local resources such as (support groups, mental health professionals, HIV treatment, and housing programs.)
